So Iapos;m sitting here bored at work, and decide to flick over to the Star Wars section of the Pit of Voles to see if thereapos;s anything new worth reading. (Hey, it sometimes happens.) Looking at the drop-down list of searchable characters, Iapos;m happy to see theyapos;ve already added Ahsoka. I figure there probably isnapos;t much in her section yet, but I give it a whirl anyway and do a fic search under her name.

And both results that come up are Ani/Ahsoka romance.

*shudders*

I clicked on one, hoping that just maybe it was nothing more than a one-sided puppy crush on Ahsokaapos;s part. (The creators and cast have sworn up and down thereapos;s not even that going on, but whatever, I can go with it in a fic if itapos;s done well.) Shame itapos;s so hard to find fic on her that doesnapos;t romantically pair her with Anakin. I do really like their teacher-student/brother-sister dynamic, but as the series progresses I think sheapos;s becoming more likable and interesting in her own right.

In fact, Iapos;m starting to get a bug in my head to start up a gen fic archive or at least an LJ comm for her. I really donapos;t need to start up another website, but that hasnapos;t stopped me before.
